We are a future focused accounting firm that works with small business owners, looking for a dynamic CPA (or CPA Candidate) who is efficient, motivated, self-directed, resourceful and results oriented.
We want an almost full time (32 to 45 hours per week) long-term team player who is passionate about helping others. They will provide support to our staff and to the clients we serve.
Responsibilities include:
- Creating accurate, timely, usable financial statements
- Coaching bookkeepers
- Preparing business tax returns

You must be able to follow and help refine our processes to provide consistent high-quality results.
Have excellent and professional communication skills
Respond professionally in person, on the phone and via email to people who value but don’t understand what we do. Handle sensitive and confidential information with tact and good judgement.
Be curious, proactive and resourceful
You must be able to assist clients to identify, prioritize and resolve accounting issues. Research to find additional resources.

We balance technology and people skills for efficiency and personal service. No 60-hour work weeks. Fridays off – except tax time. Work with great clients and great staff.

Location – Green Bay, WI
Compensation / lifestyle / benefits:
- Fridays off from April 16 to December 31.
- Typically 32 to 45 hours per week, 1850 hours annually. Limited overtime - Not to exceed weekly hours of 45 per week.
- 1 week paid vacation after 6 months, 2 weeks after a full year
- Health insurance paid for employee
- Retirement plan matching
- Growth potential. Company has grown 15% to 20% each year. Very willing to train the right person. Continuing education is encouraged.
