We are a future focused accounting firm that works with small business owners. We do things a bit differently. What we offer:
- A hard cap of 45 hours per week during tax season. 1850 hours annually
- No weekend – ever
- Fridays off May through December
- Make a real impact on small business owners through tax, accounting & advisory services
- A collaborative team in Green Bay – in office
We are looking for like-minded tax and accounting associates – who are efficient, motivated, self-directed, resourceful and results oriented. Here is a short list of other “must haves” that you should possess to work with us.
Desire to help small

You must be able to follow and help refine our processes to provide consistent high-quality results.
Have excellent and professional communication skills
Respond professionally in person, on the phone and via email to people who value but don’t understand what we do. Handle sensitive and confidential information with tact and good judgement.
Be curious, proactive and resourceful
You must be able to assist clients to identify, prioritize and resolve accounting issues. Research to find additional resources.
